Solar Statues is proud to offer the convenience & value of discounted express shipping per (retail) order to anywhere in Australia. Shop with confidence without any unexpected shocks at checkout!
We will ship your order within 1-3 working days after we receive full payment. Orders are shipped from Sydney (except items marked as “special order”), so delivery times vary from 1-14 business days - depending on your location and shipping method selected. Most orders are shipped via courier and include a tracking number, which will be forwarded to you once your order has been shipped.
Special order items will be processed within 24 hours and shipped directly from our various local & overseas suppliers.
For the convenience of our rural/remote customers, we also offer real-time parcel post quoting when standard courier rates are too expensive.

Delivery Tracking
Solar Statues chooses to partner with Australia Post and Sendle for delivery of our packages Australia wide, depending on requirements. You will typically receive 2 x tracking updates from our carriers:
- When the parcel is collected; &
- When the parcel is delivered.
You will also receive notifications of any other important information such as re-delivery notifications (if the receiver wasn't available to receive the parcels).
Tracking information will be available to you in the emails listed above. In addition, you may also check the progress of your delivery in the dashboard on the Australia Post or Sendle website if you have an account:
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Zone 1: New Zealand (6-8 business days)
Zone 2: North America, Western Europe, Asia, Middle East and Pacific (8-15 business days)
Zone 3: Rest of the world (12-17 business days)
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Proof of purchase will be required - we do not exchange gifts or sale items unfortunately.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
