What payment methods are available?
Online payments are processed securely via Paypal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You can pay via credit/debit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you already hold an account. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply complete your details in the Paypal checkout.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices shown are in Australian dollars ($AUD) by default. You can view pricing in New Zealand dollars, US dollars, British pound sterling, and Euros by selecting your preferred option from the drop down menu at the top of each page. Please note: alternative currency is provided for comparative purposes only, all pricing will revert to Australian dollars only at checkout.
How are your international exchange rates calculated?
All pricing (other than Australian dollars) shown on this website is converted for comparison purposes only, using data sourced twice daily from xe.com. Please note: international exchange rates are only available on individual product pages, and will revert to Australian dollars at checkout. Please contact your card provider to determine whether or not any additional foreign transaction fees may apply.
Do you ship internationally?

Many of your Solar Statues are made of resin. What is resin?
Resin is a remarkably durable substance that is fast becoming the material of choice for the production of garden ornaments. Resin has the appearance of metal and the feel of wood. It is much lighter in weight than concrete or stone and offers heightened detail.
What is the best way to care for my Solar Statues?
Your resin Solar Statue is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. If left outside, your Solar Statue will weather and develop a unique character all its own. And, with proper care, you can expect your resin garden statue to last many years.
Our manufacturers recommend that every product be given an annual coat of UV protectant spray or polyurethane spray to protect against UV rays. We also recommend that your products not be left in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Over a period of weeks or years, direct sunlight may cause your products to fade.
Polyurethane spray can be purchased from hardware stores and is most commonly found in the paints department. We are unfortunately unable to offer this product to our online customers due to strict aviation laws relating to aerosols. Only a light spray is required and it is important to remove any dust or debris from the surface of the product before spraying. Also remember that a certain amount of sun fade is inevitable over a prolonged period of time on some products, however this will simply add to the unique character and charm of your Solar Statue pieces.
How long will my Solar Statue take to charge?
6 hours of direct sunlight per day is ideal.
How long will the battery on my Solar Statue last?
Battery life can vary from statue to statue. Typically, you can expect a fully charged battery to last around 8 hours.
