Who can apply, and how?
Afterpay is available to all people who:

Live in Australia;
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; &
- Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.
How much can I spend with Afterpay?
When determining which orders to approve, Afterpay's automated system considers a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a customer with Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.
How are the Afterpay instalments calculated?
The Afterpay instalments quoted on a product represent 1/4 (25%) of that product's current price excluding any delivery charges that may be applicable.
Delivery costs will then be added into the quoted instalment rate payable when you have selected your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Is there a cost for using Afterpay?
Afterpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applies to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully process and, after being notified, you do not log into your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.
How do I view & manage my account?
After your order is processed you can log in to your account to view your orders, make payments and manage account details.
Why is my Afterpay application being declined?
Afterpay's account restrictions are tighter in the first 6 weeks following account creation, to allow them to get to know you better.
Whilst we know it can be frustrating to not know exactly how much you can spend each time, their rules and approval process help Afterpay to offer a completely free service to our customers.
The good news is that each time you select Afterpay as your payment option , they will make a fresh approval decision, and over time you will be able to spend more so long as you continue to repay your instalments on time.
GET STARTED
You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. When you are making a purchase, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
If it's your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created.
All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay in the future by simply entering your login details upon checkout.
Afterpay also has an APP available for download at the APP store and Google Play.
